About Us - Niti Shastra
Niti Shastra is a platform founded & hosted by Navroop Singh (Advocate), who is a third-generation Intellectual Property Attorney based in New Delhi, India is an avid reader with keen interests in foreign affairs and geopolitics. Niti Shastra is ‘not for profit’ platform where we are attempting to narrate Indian wisdom to statecraft & economic philosophy in context of modern day geopolitics and international relations. Ms. Himja Parekh, who is a philanthropist based in Mumbai is collaborating with Navroop Singh in this not for profit venture of ‘Niti Shastra’. Together Navroop Singh & Himja Parekh have jointly co-authored many books, reports, opinion pieces, podcasts and notes on issues pertaining to Geo Politics, Geo-Economics, International Relations, Foreign Policy, Diplomacy and conflicts across the globe. It is however made clear that no commercial or fiduciary interests involved and no monetary transactions are done on Niti Shastra platform hosted on Sub Stack and that its activities are purely informational and educational in nature.
Navroop Singh
Navroop Singh has authored various articles, opeds on vast range of subjects from Laws; Foreign Policy, International Affairs, Technology and Politics on various platforms. He has penned various articles for Asian Warrior on mosaic of issues like Trade wars, Digital currencies, India’s foreign policy, China’s intelligence agency MSS and how its propaganda machinery functions etc.
He has co-authored the book “The New Global Order” in the year 2016 covering Geo Politics as it panned out across various centuries, foreign policy of nation states, covering various aspects of International Relations, Conflicts & Disputes that have raged across continents, the influence of Corporations on policy makers and deciphering the future trends in leading up to The New Global Order.
In 2018, Navroop once again co-authored second book titled “Korean Peninsula: A Pawn on the Geopolitical Chessboard." In their second book they have explored the journey of the Korean Peninsula from Buddhism to Neo-Confucianism, dynastic rule under the Goryeo/Joseon Dynasty, Japanese occupation, World War 2 to its partition in North & South Korea. They have then presented an overview of the tug of war by global players on the Korean landscape dictated by trade and the hegemonic quest for natural resources.
Navroop has also co-authored the report on “5G - Cold War 2.0, Huawei & India’s National Security” in 2019. The report deals with advent of 5G technology, Internet of Things, the security architecture, the rise of Huawei, the national security implications for India, data security & the legal safeguards that India should enact in view of the coming 5G technological revolution.
In 2022, Navroop Singh has authored "The Great Reset" which brings to light the facts about the origin of SARS-CoV-2 in the Wuhan lab of China and how this pandemic has impacted humanity at large, redefining the way we live, work and socialise. The pandemic has left many questions unanswered. The world is still debating how and where the virus originated? Is the virus natural or biological warfare? How were the vaccines developed in record time? What will the new post-pandemic normal look like?
The book explores the elements of The Great Reset and how the reset in Global Order will ultimately lead to the Next Great War before the New Global Order is thrust upon the world. It gives a ringside view of what's happening behind the scenes amid this chaos and conflict ravaging the world, where no aspect of our lives is immune. To say that the COVID-19 Pandemic has changed the world would be an understatement.

Himja Parekh
Himja Parekh is the co-author of the book “The New Global Order” & “Korean Peninsula”. She holds masters degree in Finance and is an alumnus of the Rotary International Exchange Program. She is based in Mumbai and has worked across multiple sectors in Luxury and wellness. She has a keen interest in geopolitics, travel, art & history. Himja Parekh is also collaborator with the “Niti Shastra” platform as a co-author, research analyst on various issues pertaining to geopolitics, geo-economics, foreign policy, international relations and diplomacy.
